Paul C. Harrington

Paul C. Harrington is a board member of the Physicians Foundation and executive vice president of the Vermont Medical Society. Mr. Harrington has nearly 30 years of experience in health policy, including six years as a health advisor to two U.S. Senate Committees and ten years of experience in state government, having served in the Vermont House of Representatives and held appointed positions in the executive branch. He is an expert in his field, and has extensively published and presented on healthcare reform, healthcare quality measurement and healthcare prospects.

Currently, Mr. Harrington holds leadership positions at several Vermont-based health organizations, including the executive committee of the Governor’s Vermont Chronic Care Initiative, Vermont Information Technology Leadership, the State Innovation Grant (SIM) Steering Committee, and Vermont Partners for Health Care Reform.

Mr. Harrington is a graduate of the University of Vermont.
