Palmer Jones is a board member of the Physicians Foundation. He previously served as the executive vice president of the New Hampshire Medical Society for 25 years and has more than 42 years of healthcare experience. Before entering healthcare administration, Mr. Jones served in the United States Navy.
Mr. Jones has been involved with a number of professional associations, including the American Association of Medical Society Executives’ Board and the American College of Healthcare Executives. He also formerly served on the New Hampshire Public Health Association Board of Directors as well as the New Hampshire Chapter of the American Cancer Society.
Previously, Mr. Jones was the director of medical affairs at the Central Maine Medical Center and an assistant administrator at New York University Medical Center. He also served on the board of the American Medical Association State Medical Society Litigation Center.
Mr. Jones holds a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from New York University.
